To make methi thepla Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into soft dough using 3/4 cup of water.

Take dough roll the portion circle using a little wheat flour for rolling.

Heat tava cook each circle on a medium flame using 1tbsp till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.

Serve the methi thepla hot with pickle or curd.
