Ek pot mein oil or piyaz add karin piyaz ko light golden honay tak fry karin. Then is mein ginger garlic paste whole spices or chicken add kar ke ache se 2 minutes ke liye stir karinge.

Then is mein salt, lal mirch, haldi or dhaniya powder add kar ke ache se bhuninge then is mein tomatoes, hara dhaniya, yogurt add kar ke ache se chicken ko cooked honay dinge medium low flame pe.

Then agar ap pani add karna chahye thora to kar sakte hain warna ap is mein green chillies add kar ke ache se bhun lin jab tak oil separate hojai. Then ise chapati ya boiled rice ke sth serve karin.
