Ingredients

  1. 500 gcastor sugar
  2. 500 gmargarine
  3. 450 geggs
  4. 600 gflour
  5. 100 gcorn flour
  6. 15 gbaking powder
  7. 100 mlmilk
  8. Dried nuts
  9. dried fruits
  10. Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Weigh ingredients accurately

  2. 2

    Sieve together corn flour,wheat flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Cream sugar and margarine plus salt

  4. 4

    Add beaten eggs n flour little at a time

  5. 5

    Mix in milk using wooden spatula

  6. 6

    Add fruits and nuts

  7. 7

    Pipe the mixture in muffin cases..bake
