Ingredients

  • 500 gcastor sugar
  • 500 gmargarine
  • 450 geggs
  • 600 gflour
  • 100 gcorn flour
  • 15 gbaking powder
  • 100 mlmilk
  • Dried nuts
  • dried fruits
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Weigh ingredients accurately

  2. 2

    Sieve together corn flour,wheat flour and baking powder

  3. 3

    Cream sugar and margarine plus salt

  4. 4

    Add beaten eggs n flour little at a time

  5. 5

    Mix in milk using wooden spatula

  6. 6

    Add fruits and nuts

  7. 7

    Pipe the mixture in muffin cases..bake
