  • 1 cuprice, cooked ahead and set aside
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 1/2red onion, chopped
  • 1bell peppers, diced
  • 1 candiced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • piecesandouille sausage, sliced

    Cook onions and peppers in oil. Cook for a couple minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Add sausage. Add more oil and brown. Add diced tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add rice, kidney beans, and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 min.
