1 cuprice, cooked ahead and set aside
1 cankidney beans
1 cancoconut milk
1/2red onion, chopped
1bell peppers, diced
1 candiced tomatoes, drained
2 tspgarlic powder
Salt and pepper
piecesandouille sausage, sliced

Cook onions and peppers in oil. Cook for a couple minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add sausage. Add more oil and brown. Add diced tomatoes.

Add rice, kidney beans, and coconut milk. Simmer for 15 min.
