Chop onion. Grate carrot and potato.

Take ragi flour. To that add salt, cumin seeds and onion, green chillies, carrot and potato.

Mix well. Take warm water and add little by little as needed.

Add little oil. Consistency of the batter should be like this. We have to make a circle.

In a heated tawa, put it. Spread oil evenly and close it lid to cook. Once one side is cooked turn to other side.

Now the healthy ragi rotti is ready to serve.
