Oil dal kar piyaz ligjt brown karein then usme garlic paste, salt red chilli powder, turmeric pissa wa dhaniya,cloves, black pepper add karein.

Or masala bhoon kar gosht add karein jab gosht gaal jae toh isme mattar or aloo add karke thori si bhoonai karein phir isme water add karke mattar or aloo ko gala lay.

Jab dono cheezay gaal jae to mazedar salan ready.

Garam garam salan ko garam roti kay sath pesh karein
