Pour curd in a bowl

Pour oil in a small pan. Pop mustard seeds. Then add curry leaves, finely chopped ginger and green chilli and asafoetida powder

Add this sizzling to the curd. Mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. In to this put the vadai and leave it for 20 _30 minutes
