Boil babycorn in water for 5 min.and strain.
Sprinkle 2 tb.spoon.corn flour,half of green chilli,ginger,garlic,salt over babycorn and mix.Leave it for 10min. - 2
Mix all-purpose flour,corn flour and water (1/2 cup) to make batter.

Heat oil in a karahi,dip babycorn into the batter and deep fry.

Heat oil in a pan,add green chilli,ginger,galic, capsicum and onion.Saute.

Add Soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.Add 1/2 cup water and mix.

Add fried babycorn and mix.Sprinkle some spring onion over it and serve.
