Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupBesan
  3. 1/2 cupMillet flour
  4. 1 cupLauki grated
  5. 1 pinchCarom seeds
  6. 1 pinchSesame seeds.
  7. 1 pinchMustard seeds
  8. 3-4 clovesGarlic
  9. 2Green chilies
  10. 2 spoonsLemon juice
  11. 1Sugar 1- spoon
  12. as requriedRegular spices

Steps

1 hr 30 mins
  1. 1

    Take all the flour in a bowl. Add grated lauki, spices, green chili (chopped), carom seeds, garlic(chopped), lemon juice, sugar, salt, and red chili powder.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients and prepare the dough. Shape them round cylindrical and steam them for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Allow them to cool n cut them into pieces.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan, add sesame and mustard seeds, and the mukhiya pieces.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with curry or tea.
