Ingredients

2 small tea cup
  1. 1 1/2 inchraw Turmeric
  2. 1/2 inchgrated Ginger
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  5. 1/4 tspCinnamon powder
  6. 1/4 tspGrated nutmeg (Jaifal)
  7. 2Laung/ cloves
  8. 1/2 tspSendha Namak(Rock salt)

Steps

  1. 1

    First take 250 ml(1 cup) of water and bring it to a boil.

    Now take Raw turmeric and crush it evenly using a motor and pestel.

    Now add the crushed raw turmeric in water. Instead of raw turmeric you can use 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder also but raw turmeric is much more healthy.

    Add black pepper powder, nutmeg powder, Cinnamon powder, grated Ginger, and Sendha Namak.

    Bring the mixture to a boil

  6. 6

    Now take the cups and seive the tea.
