Steps

Take red rice, boiled rice, urad dal & fenugreek seeds in a big vessel.

Wash it 2 times

Soak it for 6 to 8 hours

Soak poha before half an hour of grinding. Remove all water. Take some amount in a mixer jar. Add poha & blend in 3 to 4 steps

Now keep your batter for fermentation for 8 to 10 hours.

After process of fermentation, your batter will look like this.

Add salt. Mix properly. Heat tawa. Sprinkle some water, remove excess water by small cloth. Spread batter evenly

After one minute, flip the side when edges are open little. It turns golden brown.

Cook another side.

Your dosa is ready. Have it with coconut chutney. You may enjoy with alu sabji or sambar also. Serve hot.
