In a pot add water, chicken, garlic clove, salt n pepper. Let it boil when water is reduced to almost 5 cups. Strain broth.

Shredd chicken and cut vegetables

In a pot add broth, vegetables, cornflour (mixed with broth) and chicken. Adjust consistency.

Add egg and stir after 2 mins when egg is cooked a Lil bit.

Now add all the sauce and adjust according to your taste. Sprinkle green onion

Serve hot with fish crackers.
