Ingredients

  1. 350 gramsbhindi
  2. 8 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. 6 tablespoonsbesan
  4. 2 teaspoonsdhania powder
  5. 1-2 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 2punches ajwain
  8. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  9. Halfteaspoon haldi

Cooking Instructions

    Slice bhindi long and dab it dry it on a cloth

  2. 2

    Put 6 tablespoons of oil and coat onto the bhindi

  3. 3

    Add all the masalas and mix with hand to coat bhindi. Doesn’t have to be evenly coated. Add more oil as needed

    Leave marinade for 10 mins if you have time. Pre heat oven during this time to 200 Celsius

    Coat baking tray / foil with little oil and spread bhindi on it

  6. 6

    Bake for 20-25 mins, after 15 mins remove and turn the bhindi around. Taste here for salt and spice and add more if needed. Finish with a few mins on grill mode to make crisp. Monitor closely so it doesn’t burn

    Serve and eat fresh
