This honey chili potato has both sweet and spicy flavors. See how to make it below.
Steps

Wash the potatoes and cut them into long strips like French fries. Soak them in salted water for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch with water to make a thick batter.

Drain the potatoes in a colander and let them dry for 5 minutes. Coat them in the batter and mix well. Heat oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Fry until golden and remove from oil. Gather all the sauce ingredients together.

In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons oil and add some sesame seeds. Add garlic and ginger and sauté. Add onion, bell pepper, and green onions and sauté for 1 minute (do not overcook). Add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, tomato ketchup, and 2 tablespoons water. Mix well.

Add the fried potatoes and mix. Drizzle with honey and toss to coat.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
