Steps

First of all take a bowl and add all-purpose flour,salt and a spoon of ghee to it.

Mix it well and gradually add water to make a soft dough for the rolls.

On the other hand take a pan and heat oil in it and add all the vegies to it.
Stir fry it altogether. - 4
Now add the boiled noodles to it and mix it all well by adding salt as per your taste.

Once the noodles and vegetables are mix together and readied keep it aside and heat oil in a pan for frying the rolls.

Roll the dough balls in chapati form and put noodles and vegetables into it and roll it in wheel form

Now give it a deep fry in oil

Fry it from both the sides and make it crisp.
You can cut the rolls into small pieces.
Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
