Ingredients

15 mins
11 small laddus
  1. 1/2 cupoats
  2. 1/2+ 1/8 cup sesame seeds
  3. 8-9dates (according to taste)
  4. 1 tspdate syrup (You can add more for more sweetness)
  5. 1/8 tspcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the seeds from the dates and blend the deseeded dates in a blender. Keep them aside.

  2. 2

    Roast oats until it turns slight golden in colour. You can also tell by the aroma.

  3. 3

    Roast sesame seeds separately.

  4. 4

    Cool them for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Mix all the ingredients and mix them in the blender until it becomes soft and has the consistency of being made into a laddu.

  6. 6

    Then made laddoos by applying ghee in your palm. Enjoy !
