1/2 tablespoonsTurmeric powder
1 tablespoondry coriander
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
2Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoonajwain seeds

1/2 teaspoongaram masala
as requiredOil

Grate the bottle gourd. Then mix with besan and other ingredients.

Then make dow of that mixture. Then fry it using oil. After frying make tomato gravy and pour the kofta in it.

Now garnish with coriander.
