Take a bowl add 1/2 cup milk powder and 1 cup milk.mixwell.now takea kadhai add milk and milk powder batter,switch on flame on low.add pure ghee,sugar,milk cream,almonds powder and cardamompowder.stir continuously until the mixture turn into thick.keep it aside.mavais ready.when it cool,made rolls of it.

Now take same kadhai,add milk,milk powder,mix well no lumps add sugar,kewra water,pinch of saffron stir continue on low flame.add some almond and pistachios flakes now pouring milk batter is ready.

Now take bread slices roll with rollpin.keep mava roll on it and roll the bread slice.now all bread rolls place on plating tray and pour the milk batter (mixture) on the bread roll.garnish with almoond and pistachios Flake's.
