Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 150 gcaster sugar
  3. 1 tea spoonvanilla essence
  4. 125 mlvegetable oil
  5. 150 gflour
  6. 1 tea spoonBaking powder
  7. 2 table spooncocoa powder
  8. 125 mlMilk
  9. 50 gmelted chocolate
  10. 50 gcooking chocolate
  11. 60 gMilk chocolate
  12. 100 gCream
  13. 1 packWhipped cream
  14. Sugar syrup as required

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven at 180*C.

    Beat eggs and add caster sugar, beat well for about 4 min.

    Now add vanilla essence

  4. 4

    Add oil slowly into the mixture.

    In a separate bowl seive flour, baking powder and cocoa powder

  6. 6

    Now gradually add dry ingredients in the egg batter alternating with milk.

    When its well combined add in melted chocolate

  8. 8

    Pour the mixture in the pan n bake at 180*C for 40 min.

    Now make Ganache Take cooking chocolate, milk chocolate and cream in a pan and heat it together n make ganache

    Now Add ganache in whipping cream to make chocolate whipped cream.

    Now cut the layers of cake, Soak each layers with sugar syrup and apply chocolate whipped cream

    Garnish with ferrero rocher or chocolate chunk and Enjoy
