For Khoya mixture: first we softened the mawa then add powdered sugar.

Add all the ingredients, mix continuously till Kadai leaves ghee from its surface. Mawa is ready for filling.

Dough: Add maida and ghee together, after mix it will be cruciform then add milk and make a dough.

Roll the dough in circle form and cut into two parts then fold both the cut center in middle then apply water. On the edges.

Fill the filling and fold the edges seal it properly. Then defry it.

Sugar syrup: Mix both the ingredients and make a syrup with one strings. Add lemon to avoid crystallization.

Transfer Defried samosa into sugar syrup. Dissolve 2 to 4 minutes in sugar syrup. Then ready to serve.
