Chop up the crabsticks roughly.

Put the eggs, chopped up crabsticks, mentsuyu sauce and water into a bowl and mix well to make the egg mixture.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat. Add the egg mixture from Step 2 and cook.

Neaten up the omelette, lighty brown both sides and turn off the heat. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, transfer to serving plates and it's done!
