preheat oven 325 then brown beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. be careful don't over season

in a baking dish spread the cream cheese evenly and layer on top pace picante sauce

add your beef to the layer then spread generous amount of cheese

insert in oven until cheese bubbles

remove from oven and add remaining toppings ( add any topping you like) eat as a meal or a dip with tostadas
