This Was gorgeous so peppery and creamy I'm quite proud of myself putting this together. The flavours of the Garlic , papriks, basil and a little apple cider vinegar also for a nice tangy taste.

Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2Small Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
  2. 150 gChestnut Mushrooms sliced in half
  3. 1/4Of Medium sized yellow onion
  4. 3Garlic Cloves diced
  5. 1 tspBlack Cracked Peppercorns
  6. 1/2 tspDried Basil
  7. 1/4 TspPaprika
  8. 1 tspApple cider vinegar
  9. 1/4 cupchicken stock
  10. 1/2 tspHot pepper sauce
  11. 1/4 cupFull cream

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add 2 tbls oil to a deep frying pan. Heat up then add the chicken cook until browned a little about 5 minutes on medium heat. Then take off and set aside.

    Add the onions to the same pan and cook for 1 minute then add the garlic fry for 30 secounds stirring.

    Next add the mushrooms and add the black pepper cook on medium stirring occasionally until mushrooms are browned 3 minutes.

    Next add the paprika, basil and apple cider vinegar mix in well.

    Next add the chicken back and then the chicken stock mix in and take off the heat for 5 minutes.

    Add the small amount of hot pepper sauce and full cream stir in and return to the heat and bring back to the boil. Serve on a bed of spinach hot with some side dishes?, ie veg, potatoes, salad.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
