  • grounded/ chopped garlic
  • sauce
  • 2sp kikkoman soy sauce
  • 2sp sesame oil
  • 1sp mirin kikkoman/ subs with sugar
  • 1/2sp honey
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 50 mlwater
  • 2eggs beaten with salt (make an omelette first)

    Deep fry tongue with margarin and garlic untill brown
