  1. lidah sapi tipis2/ thin slice tongue
  2. mentega/ margarin
  3. grounded/ chopped garlic
  4. sauce
  5. 2sp kikkoman soy sauce
  6. 2sp sesame oil
  7. 1sp mirin kikkoman/ subs with sugar
  8. 1/2sp honey
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 50 mlwater
  11. 2eggs beaten with salt (make an omelette first)

    Deep fry tongue with margarin and garlic untill brown
