  2. 6tomatoes
  3. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 2 teaspooncream
  6. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  9. 1 teaspoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    First chopped tomatoes and boil it.

    Bland the boiled tomatoes and sieve the tomato paste discarding the residue.

    Heat the pan add oil then add cumin seeds, curry leaves, add tomato paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, sugar, cummin powder. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.

    Garnish it with cream and coriander leaves.
