1st add all chopped veggies into a cooker, 1tbsp salt, add 250 ml of water & cook for 15 minutes on high flame (take a 3 whistle).

Meanwhile, we can make a ginger-garlic paste.
Then take a pan add butter & 15ml oil after 30 seconds add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, saute for 2 minutes.
(Open the cooker & mashed the veggies) and add mashed veggies in the pan then mix it well
Add all dry spices (pav bhaji & garam masala, red chili powder, salt) Add 100 ml of water
mix well & keep it for 3 minutes. - 3
After 3 minutes add a touch of red food color & give a mix.
Spread handful chopped fresh green coriander
So our restaurant-style pav bhaji is ready to serve!! within 30 minutes
Tips- Serve hot pav bhaji with lit bit roasted pav & add 4-5 drops of lime juice, onion slices, cabbages.
