Ingredients

  • 2 cupraw rice
  • 1/2 cupurad dal
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 1 tbsp jeera
  • 1/2 cuptuver dal
  • 1 tbspSaunf
  • 1 tbsp Methi seeds
  • 2-3red chilli
  • 1 tbsp Hing -
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as per needFew curry leaves
  • as requiredWater to make paste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix rice and other dal and both jeera

    Mix all the ingredients and soak for 3 to 4 hours

    Now grind it and make smooth paste

    Now add curry leaves and make grind it and mix salt and assafodia and make instant chilla

    Swallow fry both the side of chilla and serve with chutney or with tea.
