Mix your meat with pinch of cinnamon, turmeric and salt

Now add the natural yoghurt to the meat and mix. Cover to marinate for 1 hour

Cut your onions into rings and set apart. Prepare your potatoes and cut

Deep fry your potatoes for 3-4 mins. Deep fry your onions till they are golden brown

After the one hour Take your meat and place it on the heat to cook covered. Let it cook until almost tender then add your potatoes with some bit of water add the tomato paste and stir.

Add your deep fried onions and cover for a few minutes then stir. (Optional) add a tablespoon of oil

For rice boil and once ready dilute your food color in water and add a few drops on the cooked rice. If you do not have food color you can use turmeric powder
