  1. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1Onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  5. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  6. As neededcoriander leaves
  7. as per tasteSalt

  9. as requiredOil
  10. 1Carrot grated

    Collect all ingredients

    Take whole wheat flour in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add salt,red chili powder, turmeric powder, carrot, coriander leaves, tomato puree the paste should be thicker than dosa batter

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and grease it with half tbsp oil spread it gently

  5. 5

    Cook the chilla for 2-3 min on medium flame flip it with the help of spatula and cook on other side

  6. 6

    Serve whole wheat chilla hot with tomota sauce
