I tried many different versions but this recipe is the one I settled on as the most simple. Definitely give it a try! I'm waiting to hear your results.

In Step 3, you want to make them crispy. If you want to cut down on the amount of olive oil, it takes a little more effort but you can use cooking spray and bake them in a oven. Then put them in the frying pan and mix in the beet sugar, then the soybean flour. Recipe by moriam

Ingredients

  1. 2handfuls Bread crust
  2. 2 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1 tbspBeet sugar
  4. 1 tbspKinako

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Take the bread crust left over from sandwiches, etc. and freeze in a Ziploc bag for convenience.

  2. 2

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

  3. 3

Add the frozen bread crust, breaking them into pieces of your desired size. Cook until golden brown.

  4. 4

If you want to cut down on the oil, then use a little cooking spray and toast them! I also do the same if I have time, in order to cut back on weight gain.

  5. 5

Once you feel like they've become crispy, add the beet sugar and mix in. Then mix in the soybean flour and it's complete! Simple, right?
