Easy Layered Baked Potato and Ground Meat Bake (Whenever croquettes are too much of a hassle and you have no time!)

I tried making a dish that my mother often made, but with my own flavoring.
When you don't have milk, increase the amount of butter, and decrease the amount of salt. You don't have to top it with cheese if it is unavailable. Recipe by yuta_nko

Steps
- 1
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil.
- 2
Fry the ground meat and finely- chopped onions in a pan while the potatoes are boiling, and season with salt and pepper. (If you use a non-stick pan, you don't need oil.)
- 3
Drain the potatoes once they're softened, put back in the pot and heat to evaporate the excess water.
- 4
Mash up the potatoes with a potato masher, mixing in the ingredients marked with ☆.
- 5
Layer the ground meat, onions, cheese, and potatoes in a microwave-safe container in that order.
- 6
Sprinkle with grated cheese, and cook in a toaster oven (for about 10 minutes) or in an oven until golden brown.
