I wanted to rolled cabbage easily...

This is extremely hot when you take it out of the microwave. Be careful not to burn yourself when you are taking the plate out, or when removing the plastic wrap. Alternatively, you can mix this in a bowl instead of using a food processor! Recipe by Stylish Mama

Ingredients

  • 200 gramsCabbage
  • 200 grams☆ Ground beef or pork
  • 1/2☆ Onion
  • 1☆ Egg
  • 2 tbsp☆ Panko
  • 1 tbsp☆Milk
  • 1 pinch☆ Salt, black pepper, nutmeg
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp○Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp○Soy sauce
  • 50 ml○Water
  • 1 tsppotato starch, 2 teaspoons water Katakuriko slurry

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the ingredients marked with ☆ into the meat until it all sticks together, and blend in a food processor.

    Tear the raw cabbage, and put into a microwave-safe bowl.

    Coat the leaves with the meat mixture from step 1 on top. Cover with additional torn cabbage leaves, making layers with the cabbage.

    Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for about 10 minutes, and flip on a plate.

    Make the sauce, and pour on top. In a small pot, bring the ○ ingredients to a boil, and thicken with dissolved katakuriko.
