Ingredients

3-4 person
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 3 cupsbasmati rice
  • 1 cupoil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 2black cardamoms
  • 2-3cloves
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 6Green chillies
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupyogurt
  • 1medium fried onion
  • 1 tbspShangrila Chili sauce
  • 2 tbspShangrila Soy sauce
  • 3-4 glasswater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a deep pan add oil in it add ginger garlic paste and cumin.

    Or sath sath cinnamon stick black cardamom,cloves b dal dein..

    jab khushbu ane lage to matar dal ke bhoonen

  3. 3

    Iske bad salt, black pepper powder or shangrila sauces dal kar water dal kar dhak dein...

  4. 4

    Or medium flame par matar galne dein.

    *When it is getting tender add rice n yogurt together n also salt agr zarurat ho to...

  5. 5

    Now Mix n cook it and give dum...until rice fully done!

    Fried onion se garnish karein.... Salad or raity ke sath serve karein...
