Roasted Cauliflower & Tahini sauce

Easy one on the side, and tasty. Very tasty by itself, but I've tried the Tahini sauce learnt from Ottolenghi's book

Steps
- 1
Chop cauliflower into small pieces, pour olive oil and plenty of salt flakes.
Strongly recommend to use stalks, too, very tasty, nutty taste
- 2
Heat 200 for 20 min. Every oven has a slight difference, so adjust as you needed
- 3
Tahini Sauce.
Mix and blender the ingredients above. I used salad leaves today, as I didn't have parsley.
- 4
The tahini sauce matches really anything from cauliflower to kale, to even salmon.
