For Diets! Super Easy Kinako Cookies

While dieting, I wanted to have some cookies made with what I had around the house, so I came up with this.
Just eyeball the ingredient amounts! You can use olive oil or butter in place of the vegetable oil if you like!
If the dough doesn't come together, add a bit of milk or honey.
They'll crumbly easily when hot, so be sure to let them cool well.
If baking in an oven, bake at 180℃ for 13 minutes! Recipe by Kosuchan

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients well. You can also mix them up in a bag!
- 2
Make balls of dough with your hands and lightly press down. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet. They'll be crispier (but not hard) if you don't make them thin.
- 3
Bake in a toaster oven at 600℃ for about 8 minutes and they're done.
