Boiled the sprouted moong add salt while boiling.

Cut all the other veggies and keep ready. Cool down the boiled moong.

Now mix all the veggies and masala coriander and chutney. Now fill all baskets and serve. I used ready baskets.

If you don’t want to use baskets you can have it as usual.
