  1. 1 cupSprouted boiled moong
  2. 1Onions chopped
  3. 1Tomato chopped
  4. 2Green chilli cut
  5. 2Boiled potatoes optional
  6. 1 tspChat masala
  7. 1 tspRoasted jeera( cumin) powder
  8. as neededGreen chutney or sweet chutney
  9. 3 tspCoriander leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boiled the sprouted moong add salt while boiling.

    Cut all the other veggies and keep ready. Cool down the boiled moong.

    Now mix all the veggies and masala coriander and chutney. Now fill all baskets and serve. I used ready baskets.

    If you don’t want to use baskets you can have it as usual.
