In 1-2 tsp oil add blanched broccoli and mashed potato and Chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, some salt. Saute for a while.

Make a tight samosa dough using whole wheat flour,2 tbsp oil, and salt. Then rest for 10 mins. And take parts from it and make the samosa shapes.

Then fry the samosas in medium heat.
