Use The Whole Tomato Tomato Jam

I always make jam from plum-type fruits using the whole fruit, including the peel, since I love the texture of the peel. I tried making tomato jam in the same way, and it was delicious.
Enjoy the peel and seeds too.
You can make a nutrient-packed jam in no time.
If you prefer it to be less sweet, reduce the sugar by 30 to 35%. Recipe by Yukijirushi

Wash the tomato and take off the stem end. Cut into 1cm dices. Put the tomato into a pan with the sugar.
- 2
Bring to a boil over high heat.
- 3
Skim off any scum. Add the lemon juice.
- 4
Simmer for 10 minutes. When it becomes thickened, it's done.

This came up to one 8cm high jar full.
- 6
Great on pancakes.
- 7
Combine with your favorite cheese and put it on toast. It's addictively delicious!
