Kadhai paneer
Steps

Take dried red chili and coriander seeds and grind it to a fine powder. If you wish you can add fennel seeds too.

Take oil in a pan, add butter, onions and ginger garlic.

Once onions are translucent add tomatoes.

Add prepared masala, and spices

Add water and cook till oil seperates.

Add capsicum and paneer cubes. Mix well and over cook for 10mins.

Add kasuri methi, fresh cream mix and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with parathas, dal rice.
