Filling Ginger Fried Pork Belly

My husband's most favourite meat is pork belly block.
I often cook skewers or thickly cut barbecue from the meat, and I thought it must be good for ginger fried pork!

High heat burns the sauce, so be careful.

If you use a frozen pork belly, you can slice easier when the meat is half-frozen.

This is a very filling recipe, so use less fatty pork belly block if you don't have a strong stomach. Recipe by *Anna*.
