Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gramsPork belly, sliced thinly
  2. 1pack Bean sprouts
  3. 1 bunchShiso leaves
  4. 1 tbspCooking oil
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp★ Ginger (grated)
  6. 4 tbsp★ Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  7. 3 tbsp★ Cooking sake
  8. 3 tbspMirin
  9. 1/2★ Onion (grated)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the bean sprouts. Grate the ginger and onion and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

    Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the meat.

  4. 4

    When the meat is cooked through, add the mixed ★ ingredients and cook until the moisture evaporates.

  5. 5

    Serve the meat on a bed of bean sprout and shiso leaves! My family likes to season the bean sprouts with mayo.
