Cooking Instructions

Boil the bean sprouts. Grate the ginger and onion and cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

Put the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the meat.

When the meat is cooked through, add the mixed ★ ingredients and cook until the moisture evaporates.

Serve the meat on a bed of bean sprout and shiso leaves! My family likes to season the bean sprouts with mayo.
