No guilt Beetroot Sandwich

For outer layer:Mix rava, curd, salt and pepper powder. Add warm water and make a thick batter,. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes

For Stuffing; Meanwhile grate the beetroot, add chopped spring onions,chillies and coriander. Add salt and pepper powder. Mix well. Cut cheese cube into small cubelets.

Heat a Sandwich toaster well. Apply oil with brush and grease it well.

Now add Eno and 1-2tbsp water into the batter and mix well,. Note to keep the batter thick

Pour some batter into the toaster cavities and place stuffing. Also place some cheese cubelets,.

Now cover the stuffing entirely to form a proper square like a bread slice

Now close the toaster lid and toast for 6-7 minutes until crisp. Note do not open in between. Open after 6-7 minutes and check. Keep more as per the desired crispiness required

Serve hot with tea.
