Masala oats is that heathy and delicious dish can be eaten any time. One can use both instant and rolled Oats. Only the difference is required of water in both cases of masala oats. Making instant masala oats needs less water. The dish is delicious, flavourful and fulfilling.

Masala oats is that heathy and delicious dish can be eaten any time. One can use both instant and rolled Oats. Only the difference is required of water in both cases of masala oats. Making instant masala oats needs less water. The dish is delicious, flavourful and fulfilling.
Steps

Dry roast oats till reach brown colour with an aroma.

Heat butter. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add hing also.

Fry the onions till translucent. Add chopped chili, garlic and ginger and saute till end of raw smell.

Add the chopped veggies and when they are done, mix cooked beans. Mix well.

Add chili powder, chopped tomatoes and salt.

Add pav-bhaji masala and chaat masala. Cook till tomatoes are soft. Add water and allow to boil.

Add roasted oats and stir well till the water is absorbed. Serve hot with green chutney.
