  3. 1 pcginger
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspdry mango powder
  9. 1 tbspoil
  10. 1cup Dough of wheat flour

  1. 1

    Wash & chop cauliflower in a chopper. Chop garlic n ginger too.

    Heat oil add ginger garlic n cook

    Then add cauliflower n all the spices.

    Mix it & let it cool.

    Take small portion of the dough n roll then stuff with the stuffing and make paratha.
