Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 1 1/4 cuppineapple juice
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • Halfpineapple chopped
  • 1bell pepper chopped
  • 4grilled chicken breasts
  • Cooked white rice

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.

  2. 2

    Then add pineapple juice, water and vinegar.

  3. 3

    Stir and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add chopped pineapple and bell pepper. Continue cooking another 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cube grilled chicken and add to sauce cooking another 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve over prepared white rice.
