Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsugar
  2. 2 tbspcornstarch
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 cupvinegar
  5. 1 1/4 cuppineapple juice
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. Halfpineapple chopped
  8. 1bell pepper chopped
  9. 4grilled chicken breasts
  10. Cooked white rice

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.

    Then add pineapple juice, water and vinegar.

  3. 3

    Stir and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add chopped pineapple and bell pepper. Continue cooking another 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cube grilled chicken and add to sauce cooking another 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve over prepared white rice.
