Ingredients

4 people
  • 1/2 CButter (if salted omit salt by 1/4 teaspoon)
  • 1/2 Cwhite sugar
  • 1/2 Clightly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 Csmooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 tvanilla
  • 1large egg
  • 1 CFlour
  • 1 tbaking soda
  • 1/2 tsalt
  • 1/2 CRolled Oats
  • 1 CMilk Chocolate Chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.

  2. 2

    In a hand or stand mixer cream together the butter and sugars.

  3. 3

    Add the peanut butter,vanilla,and egg mixing after each addition.

  4. 4

    Whisk together dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients mixing until just combined

  5. 5

    Add chocolate chips and mix

  6. 6

    Spoon by tablespoon onto two large cookie sheets bake for 10 - 12 minutes

  7. 7
