Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CButter (if salted omit salt by 1/4 teaspoon)
  2. 1/2 Cwhite sugar
  3. 1/2 Clightly packed brown sugar
  4. 1/2 Csmooth peanut butter
  5. 1/2 tvanilla
  6. 1large egg
  7. 1 CFlour
  8. 1 tbaking soda
  9. 1/2 tsalt
  10. 1/2 CRolled Oats
  11. 1 CMilk Chocolate Chips

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.

  2. 2

    In a hand or stand mixer cream together the butter and sugars.

  3. 3

    Add the peanut butter,vanilla,and egg mixing after each addition.

  4. 4

    Whisk together dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients mixing until just combined

  5. 5

    Add chocolate chips and mix

  6. 6

    Spoon by tablespoon onto two large cookie sheets bake for 10 - 12 minutes

  7. 7
