In today's breakfast menu, I made this super healthy, nutritious, protein rich smoothie with Sattu and bananas. Sattu is a protein powerhouse, ideal for growing kids and working adults. Banana is a potassium and calcium wonder food and is ideal for women in middle age. It is very easy to whip up and a real treat for the health seekers. Enjoy.
